The TALENTx7 Assessment was developed and validated in partnership with Leader’s Gene Consulting. Leader’s Gene is a talent management consulting firm headquartered in Shanghai, China. As we created the TALENTx7, an important goal of ours was to ensure that it was globally relevant, globally validated, and globally applicable. The advantage of having a business partner in the Asian workplace and developing learning agility norms at the global level help ensure the assessment can be administered with confidence by organizations around the world.
