CONTINUUM Certification
The purpose of the certification is to increase one’s understanding of their own “change readiness” as well as the “change readiness” of other employees in their organization. Specific attention is devoted to examining how individuals generally perceive and react to change.
The goal of the 2-hour virtual certification program is to enhance awareness and appreciation of how to manage organizational changes in an effort to effectively use the capabilities of their employees rather than force change upon the workforce. Upon completion of the certification, participants will be able to purchase this proprietary instrument and apply it in their client organizations and coaching practices.
