TALENTx360 Certification Program

The purpose of the certification is to increase one’s understanding of learning agility and emotional intelligence as it relates to the development of leaders. Special attention is focused on how to administer the survey and interpret the results. Feedback and coaching skills also are reviewed within the context of multirater surveys and leadership development.

Upon completion of the certification program, participants will be able to purchase this proprietary instrument and use it in their client organizations and coaching practices.
