Feedback Report
Naturally, the TALENTx360 Multirater Feedback Report provides the participant’s self-ratings contrasted to other rater groups (i.e., the direct manager, the matrix manager if one exists, direct reports, and peers). The “All Others” group score represents the mean of all rater groups, with the exclusion of the participant’s own “self-ratings.” This approach enables participants to compare how they see themselves relative to how others perceive them.
Scores for each of the rater groups are presented on all nine facets and the 28 competencies measuring learning agility and emotional intelligence. See illustration to the right that highlights the Feedback Responsiveness facet and the three competencies of Feedback Actions, Feedback Openness, and Feedback Seeking.
In addition, the TALENTx360 Multirater Feedback Report identifies a participant’s “Top 5” (in green) and “Bottom 5” (in red) competencies. A participant’s “hidden strengths” (in blue) as well as “blindspots” (in yellow) are also highlighted in the report. See below. Finally, the report provides step-by-step guidance on how to craft a personal improvement plan to help feedback coaches develop a participant’s leadership skills. The overall goal of the TALENTx360 is to enhance and accelerate personal development by focusing on what drives high performance and leadership success.
