TALENTx7 Refresher Course

This 2-hour course is designed to overview the critical aspects of the TALENTx7 Assessment to ensure a heightened understanding of the construct of learning agility and interpreting the scores on the TALENTx7. Coaching tips and suggestions for providing feedback are reviewed. Updated readings on learning agility, succession planning, and leadership development are shared. Naturally, participants can ask any questions they may have regarding to the assessment itself, the TALENTx7 reports, or learning agility in general. It a one-on-one dialogue with Dr. Kenneth De Meuse, architect and developer of the assessment.

After completion of the 2-hour online course, the participant will be included in the TALENTx7 Global Coaching Network.

Prerequisite: Participants already must be certified on the TALENTx7 Assessment.
