Using Science to Identify Future Leaders: Part I – Introducing the Concept of Learning Agility
The construct of learning agility and high potential talent are explored in a series of three whitepapers. In Part I, I define learning agility and examine how it can enhance leadership identification and development. When applied correctly, it enables organizations to assess leadership potential objectively, quantitatively, and scientifically. Consequently, the impact of personal relationships, organizational politics, and individual biases are minimized during the talent review process.
