Test-Retest Reliability Analysis of the TALENTx7 Assessment
A sample of MBA students at two top tier universities in China was recruited to examine the reliability (stability) of the TALENTx7 Assessment. In total, 29 students completed the assessment twice. The mean learning agility scores between Time 1 and Time 2 were similar. A correlational analysis found that all facet scores were significantly related at the p < .01 level. Overall Learning Agility and four of the seven facets had correlations exceeding r = 0.70. Overall, the results suggest high stability over time.
