Criterion-Related Validation Study of the TALENTx7 Assessment – Study II
Executive Summary
A sample supervisors, managers and directors was administered the TALENTx7 self-assessment. As expected, the results indicated the directors had substantially higher learning agility scores than supervisors and managers. Further, the study found that the relationship between TALENTx7 scores and a composite measure of 12 leadership competencies was statistically significant for overall learning agility (r=0.62, p less than .001), as well as for each of the seven facets of learning agility assessed by the TALENTx7. Thus, there was strong evidence supporting the criterion-related validity of the assessment.
